Two male mentors to be assigned to a group of five boys for a minimum of two hours per month.The mentors disemminate the AAMOBOYS lessons plus hanging out with activities such as sports, games, community service, career company visits, higher education visits, etc.

Networking and visits to universities and trade schools starting in middle school. Motivation and support while youth in higher education institutions to improve graduation rates. Support tutoring activities for students to acquire a 3.75 to 4.25 GPA and to insure proper courses toward career goals.

Partners with churches to outreach in their neighborhood circle of influence. If enough churches host AAMOBOYS groups, the whole community will become part of the Circle of Care village.

There are 45 life lessons from the Priorities of Life Chart under the categories of Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Wealth, Love, Power (most things kids don’t learn in school).

Boys select three career goals from their talent accessment. Company and higher education
visits to reinforce career preparation. Academic courses selected to support career goals.

All AAMOBOYS play chess to make them: smarter, problem solvers, planners, focus for longer periods, improve academic performance, planners, and competitive on the world stage. 

Chess, tours, mentor’s weekend acticities, etc.
